Well, it was surprising to log-in on last weekend to a wave of accusations, led by an Australian consultancy company with whom we’ve had no engagement.

The decision to set this account up anonymously was taken so I could say as I please. If nothing else, the last week proved that was the right call.

I thought there was a gap in the market covering more of the off-pitch goings on. But it’s clear now that if you challenge the status quo or ask questions of those in “leadership”, things like this are going to happen.

There are many completely legitimate questions around the operation and direction of our football club. They continue to go unasked by most of us and unanswered by the powers that be.

That can only be a bad thing. It’s beyond belief that the response to them is to attack.

Whether you like it or not, I am a proper supporter of this football club. You may not agree with what I said or how I said it, but that is a fact.

For now, I’ll be logging off again. There are more important things than this.

Making a run at this was maybe the only positive to take from this season for me. Best of luck to the rest of you.
